My name is Danielle Sims and I am the owner and designer of DlpDesigned. My family and I are currently located in Delaware, leaving the comforts of our Virginia home in 2018. I am a mother, a wife and a boss all wrapped into a five foot three inch tall package. My life is crazy, but I would not trade it for the world. 

Beading became a part of my life when I was ten. I was walking down the street in a small town in Virginia and came across a bead store. My mother and I quickly returned to the store and started with the basic stringing pieces. She was using it as a way to spend time together, while I was using it as a creative outlet. Slowly, we improved our skills and can create beautiful beaded jewelry.

After she passed, beading became not only my way to remember but also my way to ensure that her spirit stayed with me.
